I’m building two companies that address different sides of the same massive market opportunity: cannabis operations and cannabis retail technology. Perception Farms is a vertically integrated cannabis cultivation and retail business operating across Illinois and Minnesota — we’ve been running a dispensary in Chicago since 2024, and we’re now building a cultivation facility and second retail location in Minnesota with leases signed and construction underway. JoYnt is a cannabis industry SaaS platform delivering fully integrated dispensary e-commerce, kiosk, and POS solutions — the first product on the market built on the Treez headless e-commerce API, positioned for growth as new states come online. These ventures are complementary by design: one builds the physical infrastructure of cannabis retail, the other builds the digital infrastructure. Behind both is 15+ years of shipping technology products across FinTech, AdTech, and MarTech, plus an M.S. in Quantitative Finance from the Illinois Institute of Technology. That analytical rigor and technical depth drives JoYnt’s product development and the operational systems behind Perception Farms.
